Joy is the Chief Operating Officer of Return On Relationships, llc, where she is in charge of the finance and technology. Joy Decker graduated cum laude from Duke University with a B. S. in Computer Science. An Air Force ROTC graduate, she served on active duty for three years. After her honorable discharge, Joy enhanced her technical, business and leadership skills as a computer consultant working in the telecom industry. Joy worked with Electronic Data Systems for over nine years. Her extensive experience as a Systems Engineer allowed her to make critical contributions in delivering highly functional software to regional, national, and international telecom companies. Joy is actively involved in the organizations that support raising healthy and happy children. She is a co-founder of the Healthy Marriage and Relationship Coalition of Northern Virginia and a member of The Coalition for Marriage, Family and Couples Education.
